SDG #8: Decent Work and Economic Growth

Abstract
The researchers employed quantitative research design aided by a survey questionnaire method to determine the influential factors that are affecting the aeronautical engineering students in achieving wider opportunities after graduation. There are forty-one (41) participants who are currently enrolled as aeronautical engineering students at WCC ATC Binalonan Campus. Results shows that Trainings & Seminars and On-the-Job training are viewed as the main influential factors that influenced the respondents in achieving wider opportunities. On the other hand, Curriculum and Practical Laboratories were only viewed as a secondary influencing factor. The other result of this study is that there is a significant relationship between the influence of academic factors and the gender of the respondents, while there is no significant relationship between the influence of academic factors and the economic status of the respondents. A recommendatory framework has been established aligned to the results of the study.

Abstract
This study focuses on the significance of soft skills to student pilots to expand and nurture their level of soft skills that will be beneficial not just for them but also to everyone. The researchers will utilize a quantitative descriptive correlational design through a survey questionnaire to gather data to correlate it with the profile of the respondents to determine the significance of soft skills to student pilots. The researchers analyzed and interpreted the significance of soft skills to student pilots. The researchers analyzed and interpreted the data given by the respondents through percentage, weighted mean, and person r correlation to the response of the graduate students of WCC ATC, Binalonan on the questionnaire to know if there are significance to the level of their soft skill. Based on the delivered results given by the respondents, it was disclosed statistically that it had high to very high correlation by utilizing the Person correlation. Therefore, the hypothesis of this study has been rejected that there are no significant relationships between the soft skills of WCC ATC graduates and their demographic profile. It doesn’t define the soft skills of an individual, rather it is based on the culture experienced and life satisfaction of a person.
